シックブランドのマーケティング戦略立案および実行
Lead overall product management activities in the following ways:
•Build the marketing strategy for its execution:
•Brand Essence and Positioning: Develop a clear understanding of how Schick is defined in the minds of the consumer (brand essence). Develops a powerful positioning based on the brand essence, key brand benefit, target consumer understanding and competitive brand positioning
•Strategic Brand Planning: Able to identify and choose between alternative growing strategies based on desired changes in consumer behavior.
•Product Performance Analysis: Able to analyze brand volume and profit performance and develop insights around how to improve these things
•Brand Planning: Can develop tight brand activity plans that are rooted in the brand strategy and that convincingly show how to achieve brand goals
•Pricing: Can develop a pricing strategy that reinforces the brand’s positioning and maximize NPV of Operating Economic Profit
•Communication and Development: Can lead the development of effective communication to the consumer including PR, Advertising, Packaging, Promotion
•Media Planning/Buying: Must be able to buy media under the direction by Marketing Manager. Can set media objectives, budgets. Can manage an agency in translating the budget into timing, media forms, cost levels. Can lead agencies to check the results
•Lead and observe overall brand-marketing activities
(i.e. sales analysis, product line management, product development, merchandising, promotion, communication activities, product inventory.)
•Interface with overseas suppliers.
•Supervise and train assistant product manager (if any)
•Establish good communication with Sales / Administration / Corner/Shop Staff.

•Strong leadership, positive and aggressive, but team-oriented
•Solid knowledge and excellent creativity in marketing strategies and operations
•Over 7 years of working experience in a consumer brand
•Have a curiosity and passion for consumer branded products
•Strong oral and written command of Japanese and English.
•Computer skills: MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail.
